Job Description

* Liaise with client, consultant, suppliers, sub-contractors and authorities.
* Experienced with evaluation of tender, preparation of tender submission & BQ, cost estimation, procurement support, follow up of project and handle claim and payment for the project.
* Management project costing including payment claims, variations and final account.
* Manage and administer sub-contract effectively and efficiently.
* Involve in site inspection.
* Conversant with the construction drawings and contract documents.

Job Requirement

* Candidate must possess at least a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Quantity Survey, Building or equivalent.
* At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Computer literate.
* Required skill(s): Sound knowledge in project tendering & project contract management.
* Must be proficient (written & spoken) in English, Bahasa Malaysia.
* Preferred skill(s): Construction site experience would be an advantage.
* Competent and good in taking off/measurement in the drawings.
* Well-versed in progress claim and fortnightly/ monthly valuation of sub-contract works.
* Good interpersonal & communication skill and able to interact with people at all levels.
* Self-motivated, analytical, resourceful with great sense of responsibility and urgency.
* Willing to travel and be posted outstation.
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
* Possess own transport.
